The approach of the project is based on interventions in the three main axes of human activities on water; irrigation, sewage and drinking water supply. The emphasis in the three most important human uses of water multiply the contribution of the project on the objective of the programme; the sustainable management of protected areas, ecosystems & biodiversity will be reinforced by actions who protect the water resources in more than one ways, as they create a protective umbrella over the water resources of the cross border area.
